Membership Sales Officer – several casual positions available

The Carlton Football Club membership team is responsible for generating the maximum number of membership sales whilst helping to build the strongest possible emotional connection with its members.

We are currently seeking several Membership Sales Officers to join the Club on a casual basis.

The Membership Sales Officer will be responsible for the achievement of their own daily sales figures through a combination of inbound and outbound calls to unrenewed members and prospects. They are responsible for ensuring all membership enquiries are to be responded to in a timely and accurate manner via phone, emails and face-to face with a key sales and customer service focus.

Digital Media Coordinator

Carlton Football Club is looking for a creative and self-motivated individual to coordinate all facets of video content for the Club.

The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects to support the Carlton Media team in achieving the Club’s objectives relating to digital activities.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and technical skills relating to the production and application of video based and digital content in addition to high levels of attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Corporate Sales Executive

Carlton Football Club is looking for an innovative, tenacious and motivated individual with exceptional sales experience to join the Corporate Sales team at Ikon Park.

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for managing a range of corporate products and driving revenue in order to achieve challenging sales targets.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Corporate Sales and wider Commercial team in identifying revenue opportunities, converting leads and providing support across all commercial revenue streams.

The Corporate Sales Executive will be relentless in their pursuit of sales targets, demonstrate an exceptional level of customer centricity and will generate strong relationships with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have at a minimum of two years’ experience in a corporate sales role within the AFL or sports industry, a demonstrated ability to generate and convert business leads as well as proven commercial acumen and influencing skills.
