Carlton big man Rob Warnock has told CFC TV that he is yet to miss a pre-season training session.
After numerous injury interrupted off-seasons, the 206cm ruckman said his body was feeling fit and strong.
“Because I have generally been recovering from surgery, I have not been able to get in the weight room for extended periods of time,” he said.
“This year I have managed to put on some size and have managed to get the legs turning over on the training track which is a good thing heading into the season.”
