Carlton vice-captain Kade Simpson has signalled his intention to be a one-club player.

Simpson has inked a new two-year deal, which will keep him at Carlton until at least the end of 2016. He was already contracted through to the end of this season.

The 29-year-old has played 201 games in the navy blue since making his debut in Round 11, 2003. He is Carlton’s reigning Best & Fairest winner.

Simpson joins a growing list of players, including Marc Murphy and Andrew Walker, who have already recommitted to Carlton this season.
