Carlton’s Chris Yarran has earned another nomination for the AFL’s Hungry Jack's Goal of the Year, for a brilliant running goal in the third quarter of Friday night’s game against Geelong.

Yarran gathered the ball on the wing then with a burst of speed accelerated away from Geelong’s Travis Varcoe.

After two bounces he kicked from inside 50 and booted through a goal.

AFL fans have the chance to vote for their favorite goal each week to go into the running for the weekly cash prize of $200 and the major cash prize of $5000 at the end of the season.
