Carlton would like to congratulate Bryce Gibbs who has been nominated for All-Australian selection.

Gibbs has today been named in the 40-man All-Australian squad – he’s the only Carlton player to make the cut.

The 25-year-old has enjoyed his most consistent season to date in 2014 as one of only three Carlton players to run out for all 22 games.

This season Gibbs has kicked 18 goals, topped the Club’s average disposals with 24.77 per game and also laid the most tackles in the team with 108 for the season.

He has also been a part of Carlton’s leadership group and recently re-signed with the Blues for another five years until the end of 2019.

The All-Australian team will be announced on Tuesday 16 September.
