Zach Tuohy is somewhat of a veteran when it concerns pre-season training at Visy Park.

The 25-year-old, who is on the cusp of his sixth season with the Blues, admits that pre-season training "doesn't get any easier."

"Every season you up it a bit and try to get a bit better…they certainly don't get any easier but they do get better and better," said Tuohy.

"Obviously coming off quite a long break, whilst you do your work in the off-season, it's hard to prepare for what pre-season training is going to bring.

"I'm really enjoying it, it's been a really good pre-season."

This Irishman who ran out for all 22 games for the Blues in 2014, says compared to years previous the Club is in a great position.

"From where we were last year, there are a lot of guys on the track," Tuohy said.

"We don't have too many guys in the re-hab room (either) and quality training has jumped up ten-folds.

"So it's a really good place to be right now and obviously getting towards the back end of the pre-season helps as well.

"The guys are looking forward to games so it's a pretty optimistic place to be."
