It's a case of double-Blaine for Blues fans this weekend with Carlton young guns Blaine Boekhorst and Blaine Johnson named in the side to take on the Western Bulldogs on Saturday night.

Johnson will run out for his sixth AFL match after being elevated from the rookie list following a six-goal haul for the Northern Blues last week.

Meanwhile Boekhorst, Carlton's top draft pick in 2014, comes in for his fourth AFL game.

They're joined by vice-captain Michael Jamison who comes into the side for his first senior match since suffering a calf injury in Round 4.

The trio's inclusion follows injuries to Sam Docherty (hamstring), Troy Menzel (knee), David Ellard (calf) and Andrew Carrazzo (toe).

The match kicks off at Etihad Stadium on Saturday at 7.20pm AEST.
