After spending three years on Adelaide’s rookie list, Curnow was recruited to the Blues with their first selection (pick 18) in the rookie draft at the end of 2010. Curnow became the first Blue in Carlton’s history to notch up 50 games as a rookie and at the end of 2013 he was elevated to the senior list. In that same year, he came fourth in Carlton’s best and fairest and was awarded Best Clubman. He’s currently part of Carlton’s seven-man leadership group.
