CARLTON Football Club wants to recognise local community heroes – and we need your help!

After successfully launching the ‘Community Champion’ initiative in 2016, the Club is dedicated to celebrating people who live and promote Carlton’s culture and values within their community.

At each home game this year one lucky fan will be acknowledged for their outstanding work in promoting social inclusion, and in Round 8, it’s your chance to nominate a ‘Blues Foundation People’s Community Champion’.

We’re calling on Bluebaggers to place their nominations, with the recipient to be recognised against Essendon on Saturday 12 May at the MCG.

The ‘Blues Foundation People’s Community Champion’ will receive:

  • An opportunity to invite up to 20 guests to be part of the guard of honour when the players run onto the field
  • Level 1 reserved seats to the game for families of all people taking part in the experience (up to 50 tickets)
  • Access for themselves and one guest to the Carlton change rooms
  • Recognition on the big screen and interviewed by the game-day MC
  • A plaque to commemorate the occasion

Nominations open on Saturday 14 April and close on Monday 23 April. Click here to fill out the online form.
