Blues Make Three Changes

Three players will be make welcome returns for Carlton’s match this Sunday against Sydney at Etihad Stadium at 1:10pm after the Blues made three changes to the side that was thrashed by the Bulldogs last weekend.

Jarrad Waite returns from suspension while Kane Lucas and Shaun Grigg have been rewarded for their good form with the Bullants in the VFL. They replace the injured Ryan Houlihan (knee) and Setanta O’hAilpin and Bret Thornton who have both been omitted.

David Ellard, who has been elevated to the Primary List, has been named as one of the three emergencies for the game, along with Marcus Davies and Rob Warnock.

Defenders Paul Bower and Michael Jamison will both play their 50th AFL games on Sunday.

The Blues have made three changes, one forced change and two omissions, to the side that was thrashed by the Bulldogs last weekend.
