Bio: A medium forward who is strong on the lead and a good set shot on goal, Tiller represented Vic Country at the NAB AFL U18 Championships in 2008. Originally from Thornton FC.

Vic Country U18 coach Robert Hyde says: [Caleb] showed great promise throughout the year and played a game or two with Vic Country. He’s a half-forward flank, a rangy sort of build, and he’s good overhead. He’s reasonably quick off the mark and as a 17-year-old he’s got a lot of learning to do. He’s a quiet young man, but a good listener. He’s got good hands, he’s good in the air and he attacks the ball fiercely.
