Partnership Sales Executive

The Club is seeking a Partnerships Sales Executive to join their Commercial Operations team.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this position is responsible for working collaboratively with the Partnerships Team to assist with developing the sales pipeline, prospecting new business, development of proposals, account management of current partners and conducting industry research. 

The Partnerships Sales Executive will thrive in a fast-paced environment to identify opportunities through research and data analysis that align with the Club’s partnership strategy.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for a portfolio of partners and will manage the delivery of contractual commitments whilst building and maintain outstanding relationships.

Our ideal team member will have excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to lead industry research and present recommendations to senior management; will have outstanding relationship and interpersonal skills and the ability to sell a variety of Club assets to meet established sales targets.

Preferably, the successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within the AFL or sports industry.  They will be a strong team player with the ability to also work on multiple projects autonomously and will have outstanding organisational skills.

This position will be offered on a full time and ongoing basis and will be based at Ikon Park in Carlton North. The Partnerships Sales Executive will be required to work outside of standard business hours including evenings and weekends as required. A competitive remuneration package will be offered for the right candidate and commensurate with relevant skills and experience.

Membership Sales Officer (casual)

The Carlton Football Club membership team is responsible for generating the maximum number of membership sales whilst helping to build the strongest possible emotional connection with its members.

The Membership Sales Officer will report into the Membership Sales Executive and will be responsible for the achievement of their own daily sales figures through a combination of inbound and outbound calls to unrenewed members and prospects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all membership enquiries are to be responded to in a timely and accurate manner via phone, emails and face-to face with a key sales and customer service focus.

This position is based at Ikon Park in Carlton North and will be offered on a casual basis.
