Carlton Respects is the flagship community initiative of the Carlton Football Club that has been established to promote gender equality for the prevention of violence against women. The Carlton Respects programs through education in schools, workplaces and the general community, aim to create a society of equality and respect.

The Club is committed to welcoming all cultures to create a powerful sense of belonging. Carlton’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been developed to provide direction and practical guidance to our club as we continue to build on our knowledge, respect and relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their cultures.
