The Carlton Football Club is proud to announce ZTE as its new ball sponsor, with the telecommunications equipment and systems provider signing on as a platinum partner for the next two seasons.

After joining Carlton in 2015 and sponsoring the Club’s popular online show Discussions With Dylan, ZTE has increased its commitment.

ZTE has been a global leader in providing telecommunications solutions and smartphones for 30 years. After successfully sponsoring five major NBA teams, ZTE established a Melbourne office in 2004 and continues to expand in the Australian marketplace.

Carlton CEO Steven Trigg says he’s delighted to have ZTE on board.

“We’ve had a wonderful relationship with ZTE over the past year, and no doubt this partnership will strengthen our relationship even further,” Trigg said.

Managing Director of ZTE Australia Scott Zhang says both brands will benefit from the renewed partnership.

“ZTE is excited to not only extend, but to also expand our partnership with the Carlton Football Club,” Zhang said.

“We are looking forward to working with the club as we strive to increase our brand presence in the Australian market.”

The announcement follows CareerOne signing on as the Blues’ new joint major partner, while Acquire Learning and Visy extended their contracts earlier this month.
