Fans of the Navy Blue truly are one of a kind.

Their passion is unheralded and their support of the club is unwavering.

In season 2019, Carlton ranks in the top three across the competition for home crowd attendance averages.

The Bluebaggers have been out in force averaging 53,647 across five home games that included a season high home crowd attendance of 85,516 to open up the 2019 season.

This figure is even more impressive with three of the five home games for the Blues at Marvel Stadium, which has a capacity of just over 50,000.

The efforts of the fans haven’t gone unnoticed from the players with Harry McKay describing the crowd as electric during the Club’s last home games.

“Marvel was electric in that third quarter,” McKay said.

“I was on the bench and I think ‘Crippa’ [Patrick Cripps] kicked a goal to put us in front and the place was buzzing.

“There were [32,000] in the house but I was thinking ‘gee, imagine when we get going and there’s 45,000 to 50,000 in the house’. It’s going to be crazy.”

Carlton hit 60,000 members for the first time in the Club’s rich history earlier in 2019, a strong sign of unity from the Navy Blue faithful.
