ANDREW Phillips will be unavailable for selection this weekend after accepting a one-match suspension handed down by the VFL match review.

Phillips was placed on report for rough conduct during the fourth quarter of Saturday’s 13-point loss at Casey Fields.

Cited for a bump on Casey’s Anthony Vella, the charge was graded careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.

It was met with a two-match suspension, which was reduced to one with an early guilty plea.

It means that Phillips will be ineligible for both AFL (against Sydney) and VFL (against Port Melbourne) selection this weekend.
