Seven former Blues are set to pull on the boots again next week to take part in the Ray White EJ Whitten Legends Game.

The match will see Victoria take on the All Stars at Etihad Stadium on Tuesday 1 July.

The star-studded line-up includes former Carlton players Anthony Koutoufides, Brendan Fevola, Ryan Houlihan, Lance Whitnall, Michael Martyn, Aaron Hamill and Ang Christou.

They’ll be taking to the field alongside other AFL greats including Glenn Archer, Matthew Lloyd, Michael O'Loughlin and Dermott Brereton.

Victoria will be looking to make it four wins in a row, under the guidance of new coach Rex Hunt.

In an AFL first, Abbey Holmes, who made AFL history this year by becoming the first woman to kick 100 goals in a season, has been enlisted as the All Stars secret weapon.

The charity match aims to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer, and is played in memory of AFL’s “Mr Football” Teddy Whitten, who died from the illness in 1995.
