Carlton has finalised its team for Saturday’s clash with the Lions, recalling defender Ciaran Byrne and midfielder Nick Graham for the injured Marc Murphy and Liam Sumner.

The captain was sidelined midway through the first quarter of last weekend’s game against the Cats with an ankle injury, while Sumner suffered a foot injury in the same match.

In their absence the team gains grunt and pace with Graham and Byrne.

Byrne has been a key part of Carlton’s defence this season and was an unfortunate late withdrawal last week with a corked calf.

Meanwhile Graham has been dominant for the Northern Blues in the VFL and has subsequently been rewarded for his consistency.

Brisbane has regained captain Tom Rockliff, while Jarrad Jansen will make his debut. Ryan Lester and Rhys Mathieson are the Lions' outs.

Carlton takes on the Brisbane Lions this Saturday afternoon, with the match kicking off at 2:10pm.

We’d love to see Etihad Stadium overflowing with navy blue, so we encourage all Bluebaggers to get along to the game. Visit www.ticketmaster.com.au to secure your seats.
