Rivalry will hit fever-pitch tonight when Carlton goes head-to-head with Collingwood at the MCG.

The teams will battle it out for the Peter Mac Cup, with the match aiming to raise funds for cancer research and care at Melbourne's Peter Macallum Cancer Centre. 

The Blues have made two changes regaining Marc Murphy who was a late withdrawal against the Giants with a tight hamstring, whilst 18-year-old Blaine Johnson will make his senior debut. 

Dennis Armfield and Jarrad Waite have been omitted, but both have been named as emergencies, along with Andrew McInnes. 

Collingwood has made two changes to its side bringing in Steele Sidebottom and Tyson Goldsack. 

Marley Williams has been ruled out through injury, whilst Tim Broomhead has been omitted.
