Carlton will be bolstered by the return of Bryce Gibbs for Saturday’s clash with Brisbane at the Gabba.

Gibbs has missed the Blues last three matches, after leaving the field with hamstring tightness in the Round 5 clash with Adelaide.

Scans later revealed he had suffered a low-grade hamstring strain.

Carlton’s General Manager of Football Andrew McKay, says Gibbs is a much-welcome inclusion, ahead of what’s tipped to be a tough match against the Lions.

“It’s great to see Bryce back after a stint on the sidelines. He’ll obviously inject some quality foot skills into our team.”

Gibbs comes in at the expense of Troy Menzel, who has been named as an emergency.

It’s the only change to Carlton’s line-up, meaning Andrew Carrazzo will spend another week on the sidelines with an injured calf.
