Carlton rookie Tom Fields made a guest appearance on Fox Footy's AFL 360 last night.

It comes in the wake of the incredible 85m torpedo he kicked playing for the Northern Blues in the VFL last weekend, which followed his similar effort against Frankston the week prior.

Fields has become known for his big kicking, but admits last weekend's monster effort may well have been the biggest of his career to date.

The 22-year-old Queenslander is the son of former Essendon and Sydney player Neville Fields.

He was recruited to Carlton in last year's rookie draft after a stint playing for South Adelaide in the SANFL.
