The Blues will welcome back Kane Lucas and Blaine Johnson into the side, whilst Nick Holman will make his debut.
19-year-old Homan was recruited with Carlton’s third round pick in last year’s National Draft.
Meanwhile Port Adelaide has made two changes, bringing in Angus Monfries and Jackson Trengove who will replace Aaron Young and Tom Logan.

BLACK ARMBANDS
Carlton players will wear black armbands in the match against Port Adelaide on Friday night, in memory of premiership player Doug Williams.
Williams, a member of Carlton’s 1945 premiership team, passed away this week at the age of 90.
