Exciting youngster Samo Petrevski-Seton has landed a Round 16 nomination for the Coates Hire Goal of the Year, with a sensational goal from the boundary during Carlton’s clash with Melbourne on Sunday.

After the ball spilled from a marking contest deep inside the Blues’ forward 50, Petrevski-Seton charged through the pack, scooped up the Sherrin and dribbled it through the centre sticks from the sharpest of angles.

The snap stunned fans and delighted his teammates and put the Blues within three points of the Demons at the beginning of the final term.

For Carlton’s No.5 to be in the running for the Coates Hire Goal of the Year, he needs your vote to beat the Round 16 goals kicked by North Melbourne’s Shaun Higgins and Brisbane’s Dane Zorko.
