THE CARLTON Reserves have named their team to take on Geelong.

On the back of their first win of the season, the Blues return for their third consecutive home game having made four changes to the side.

After missing due to concussion, young AFL-listed defenders Dom Akuei and Billy Wilson both return.

Bailey Lambert also returns from a calf injury after three goals in his first Carlton VFL game, while Darcy Hogg - son of premiership player Matthew - will play his second career VFL game (and first of 2024).

The Blues will be without AFL emergencies Jaxon Binns, Alex Cincotta and Sam Durdin, who was initially named to return through the VFL after a suspension in pre-season.

Jack Lefroy is unavailable, while Aiden Mills will miss due to injury.

All seven of the Blues’ senior-listed players - Akuei, Harry Lemmey, Alex Mirkov, Ashton Moir, Rob Monahan, Hudson O’Keeffe and Wilson - are without AFL experience.

But it mattered not last weekend, with the Blues looking to repeat their performance of six days ago which saw a 20-point triumph over Port Melbourne.
