OVERVIEW
Just as he did in the  previous year, Zach Tuohy ran out for all 22 games for the Blues in 2014.

Since making his debut in Round 11, 2011 the Irishman has played a career total of 76 AFL games.

Off-the-field the 25-year-old and his partner celebrated the birth of their first child, Flynn.

Carlton supporters can look forward to seeing the boy from Portlaoise prepare for his fifth pre-season at Visy Park.

HE SAID IT
"He came back a few times. I tried to walk away and it didn't work, he just kind of eyeballed me up and down so I coudn't get away from him. I generally think it looks a lot worse than it is. I quite like having Mick on the boundary. He is a lot more cool and collected than people give him credit for, it just looks like on game day he gets very animated."

- Tuohy speaking about receiving a spray from coach Mick Malthouse during Carlton's thrilling three-point over West Coast in Round 6.

THEY SAID IT
"All he wanted growing up was a football and once he had that he didn't care for the rest of the toys... Obviously we're very proud of Zach. It was a great opportunity, not that many people get that opportunity."

- Zach's father Noel Tuohy speaking to the Seven Network in July, 2014.

SEASON HIGHLIGHT
Zach Tuohy notched up 14 disposals, five marks, three tackles and a goal in Carlton's thrilling three-point win over the Eagles in Round 6.
