Carlton's High Rise Program is an inherent part of the Carlton Football Club community.

Designed for Carlton Primary School students, the program strives to empower young people in the local area through positive role modelling.

One of the program's key objectives is promoting social inclusion in the broader community.

This week Carlton Primary School and the Carlton Local Agencies Network (CLAN) will join together to create the Carlton Harmony Event which is set to tackle this very issue.

Carlton's Fan Development and Diversity Co-ordinator Doug Stevenson says the Carlton Harmony Event is a simple way to reiterate that racism has no place in our community.

"It's another example of the Carlton Football Club standing together with our community and emphasising the important values of harmony and respect for all," said Stevens.
