To all junior supporters out there, here’s your chance to run out onto the MCG with the mighty Blue Boys!
The Carlton Football Club is looking for one lucky junior supporter to be the Blues mascot and run out with the team against the Crows in Round 10 (Sunday 25 May).
All you have to do is fill out the form below to be in the running to win this once in a lifetime experience.
Please note that registrations close 5:00pm Thursday 22 May 2014. The successful junior supporter will be contacted once registrations have closed.
