The Blues have made one change, with Levi Casboult replacing an injured Matthew Kreuzer. Sam Rowe has been named as an emergency.

Sydney has two inclusions, bringing in Harry Cunningham and Shane Biggs.

The winner will face Fremantle in a Preliminary Final at Patterson's Stadium.
