Carlton could regain Marc Murphy and Chris Judd for Saturday's clash with Adelaide at the MCG.

The skipper was ruled out with a tight calf last week, while Judd missed the trip to Sydney with a knee complaint.

Both will be tested at training this week, along with Troy Menzel (knee) and Chris Yarran (ankle) who left the field injured in the match against the Swans.

Meanwhile Michael Jamison (calf) and Bryce Gibbs (back) look set to spend another week on the sidelines.

Carlton's Head of Football Andrew McKay says Gibbs is training, but not fully.

"Bryce's back is still a bit stiff and sore – he won't be playing against Adelaide – he'll be back after the bye," McKay said.

Meanwhile McKay said Matthew Kreuzer has put his hand up for senior selection after playing the majority of the game with the Northern Blues.
