The Carlton Academy consists of father-son, father-daughter and Next Generation Academy athletes.
Offering a dedicated development program run by specialised coaches, the Carlton Academy exists to help develop eligible talent holistically utilising the world-class facilities at IKON Park.
Every Carlton Academy athlete has an individualised development plan designed by the Club’s Academy staff, with sessions held consistently throughout the year incorporating skill acquisition, game education, high performance, goal-setting and much more.
