Last Week’s Events

Patrick Cripps battled hard against the Roos, collecting 20 possessions, taking six marks and laying an impressive six tackles for a team high 99. Kade Simpson continued to be a consistent performer in defence with 26 touches and 89, while Marc Murphy scraped together 80 points from 26 possessions despite copping a hard tag all night.

On The Radar
With money tight, finding value selections can take you all the way to premiership glory. Kade Simpson is a mark of consistency, dropping under 70 on only one occasion this year and he has scored over 90 an impressive six times. He has dropped $67K since the start of the year which emphasises his value.

Top Scorers
•    Patrick Cripps (MID, $441,000) 99
•    Kade Simpson (DEF, $454,000) 89
•    Marc Murphy (MID, $545,000) 80
•    Andrew Carrazzo (MID, $406,000) 80
•    Matthew Kreuzer (RUC, $420,000) 80

What’s Coming Up?
Last time the Blues met the Pies, Sam Docherty led the way, with the usual suspects Murphy, Cripps and Simpson not far behind. With the Pies leaking points, expect these guys to push triple figures, along with Matty Kruezer who I think will have a big game.
