Australian International Academy (AIA), a partner school of Carlton Football Club since 2010, has been nominated for Best Education Program by Inside Sport Magazine.

The award is also run in partnership with the Confederation of Australian Sport – an alliance of 90 peak Australian sporting bodies.

After beating hundreds of entries, the school is now competing alongside four other finalists, with a public vote to decide the winner.

AIA teacher Adam Nahal is delighted his school is nominated for this accolade.

“This would be a great award for the school and the community to win,” Nahal said.

Carlton has a year-round commitment to AIA, with the school participating in the Club’s Multicultural Schools Program (both primary and secondary), the Interfaith Cup and the Bachar Houli Cup.

Voting closes at the end of October, so you need to get in quickly!
