Keen on working at the Blues? Submit your application for an advertised role through our Careers Portal. Be sure to include a resume and cover letter, as well as any other additional information as specified in the job advertisement. Once you’ve submitted an application, you’ll receive a confirmation email.  

APPLICATION SCREENING 
Our team will review your application to assess alignment with the key requirements of the role and our Club values. If your application matches what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch with you to discuss your application and learn more about yourself and your work experience.  

INTERVIEWS 
Should your application proceed to the interview stage, we’ll get in contact to organise a date and time for an interview. You will receive a follow-up confirmation email that includes all the details for your interview.  

Our interview process varies between roles - you may be invited to attend multiple interviews as part of the recruitment process. These may include: 

  • A phone or video screening 
  • A behavioural or technical interview 
  • A panel interview with team members or leaders 

During the interview process, you may be asked to complete a Workplace Personality Index Questionnaire (via the Australian Council for Education Research) for us to better understand the way in which you approach tasks, interact with people, and perform at work. This tool complements our structured interview process.

REFERENCE CHECKS 
If you have been successful through the interview process, we will reach out to regarding conducting reference checks. We’ll generally request contact information for a current and former employer. We will always request permission and provide notice to you before we contact any referees that you have provided.  

JOB OFFER 
If you have been successful after the interview and reference check process, we’ll contact you to provide a verbal offer.
