THE GAME Changers will have nearly a full complement of players when they return to action on Saturday.

Hosting St Kilda at IKON Park from 11am this weekend, all of Carlton’s seven off-season recruits will be in action for the first time against external opposition.

After arriving at the Blues from GWS, Jess Dal Pos has been named to play, as have Jess Good, Annie Lee, Imogen Milford, Poppy Schaap, Keeley Sherar and Brooke Vickers in their first seasons in the competition.

All in all, the Blues will field a squad of 28, with Mimi Hill and Mua Laloifi the only players unavailable.

After being named last month as two players who were continuing to aim for Round 1, Gab Pound and Brooke Walker (in her new No.7 guernsey) have been named to play after negotiating respect shin and knee injuries earlier in the pre-season.

Dal Pos will have two very familiar faces out there with her in former Darebin Falcons premiership teammates Elise O'Dea and Darcy Vescio, who were announced as the Club's co-vice captains last week.

As all eyes turn to how the Game Changers will respond in 2022, they’ll look to their midfield to get the job done from the outset: Grace Egan polled the three votes from the umpires with Madison Prespakis and Breann Moody rounding things out, while Abbie McKay earned a NAB AFLW Rising Star nomination.
