MIMI Hill is back, and she’s brought some mates with her.

For the first time in nearly 12 months, Carlton’s first-round selection from the 2020 NAB AFL Draft will be back in action after a full recovery from her ACL injury.

One of the Blues’ bright sparks last campaign before the untimely injury, the addition of Hill’s leg speed will be a welcome boost for Daniel Harford’s side in the fifth annual AFLW Carlton Respects game.

Joining Hill will be Grace Egan, who has recovered from the rib injury she sustained in the season opener against Collingwood.

While the injury update filmed earlier this week outlined Egan as a chance to return in the next 1-2 weeks, she excelled in Thursday’s main training session and put her hand up for selection after being cleared by the medical staff.

The Game Changers’ four inclusions are rounded out by the returns of Jess Good and Gab Pound, who return after missing two games due to AFL Health and Safety Protocols.

Pound will add her customary dash from the back half, while Good is likely to shoulder the majority of the ruck load with Brea Moody (AFL Health and Safety Protocols) to miss Sunday’s clash.

A week after receiving a NAB AFLW Rising Star nomination, Keeley Sherar comes from the side due to the broken hand she sustained early in the clash with North Melbourne.

Lauren Brazzale and Poppy Schaap have been omitted, while Maddy Guerin and Charlotte Hammans have been named as emergencies.

Sunday’s game against the undefeated Crows kicks off from 3:10pm at IKON Park, with the Game Changers to once again wear the orange socks for Carlton Respects. Preceding the game will be the inaugural Walk for Respect and Equality, taking place around Princes Park and giving fans the opportunity to come together and show their support for the cause.
