THAT just happened.
Patrick Cripps became Carlton's sixth Brownlow Medallist on Sunday night, joining Bert Deacon, John James, Gordon Collis, Greg Williams and Chris Judd in the pantheon of Blues who have been awarded the game's highest individual honour.
In the process, he also broke through the 100-vote barrier and joined Carlton's top three for most career Brownlow votes in the Navy Blue.
