Returning home to IKON Park, the VFLW Blues have four AFLW-listed inclusions for the game.
Blues fans will have their first look at recently drafted Maddy Hendrie and Marianna Anthony, who will pull on the Carlton jumper for the first time at any level following their selections in the 2023 AFLW Supplementary Draft.
Keeley Skepper and Keeley Sherar will also play their first game for the season, adding some speed and class through the midfield.
Paige Trudgeon will come out of the side after playing the last four games, as do Laura Robertson, Georgia Tait and Ruby Watts.
The Blues will look to add another win in the ledger, having taken away the four points in three of their opening four games.
With scoring prowess a major strength of the team (they have kicked a combined 17 goals in their last two games), the addition of some AFLW talent mixing with in-form VFLW Blues should prove to be a dangerous combination.
Carlton's midfield has also been in strong form, featuring the dynamic duo of Amelia Klingbeil and Maddie Di Cosmo, who are currently both averaging 20 disposals per game and ensuring the Blues get first use of the football.
