CARLTON could see as many as four inclusions in its Round 2 clash with the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos, with its extended squad of 24 named.

Gab Pound has been named on the last line of defence in what will be her first game of the 2023 AFLW season.

Named on an extended bench, Phoebe McWilliams could make her return for her 50th AFLW game, with the 38-year-old suffering an injury in Round 4 last year and missing the remainder of the season.

There's also a potential return from injury for Paige Trudgeon, who has recovered after a knee injury in the pre-season on the back of a breakthrough year in 2022 where she played all bar one game across both seasons.

Dayna Finn is also listed on the extended bench, which could see a second Irish product debut in as many weeks after Erone Fitzpatrick's debut in Round 1.

Daisy Walker has been withdrawn from the side after suffering a small posterior shoulder dislocation.

The team will be narrowed down to the final team of 21 on Friday at 5pm (AEST).
