Public Transport
Patrons are strongly encouraged to use public transport when attending events. Adelaide Metro provides bus, train, and tram services to the venue, with routes and timetables varying between events.
Footy Express: During the AFL season, the Footy Express operates free dedicated bus, train, and tram services for patrons with a game day ticket, running before and after each match along King William Road.
- Train: Adelaide Railway Station is located approximately 600m from the stadium. Patrons exit the station and cross the Riverbank Bridge to reach the Oval.
- Tram: The closest tram stop is Festival Plaza on King William Road, around 500m from the stadium.
- Bus: All regular Adelaide Metro bus services operating near the stadium are available during events.
