Ashton Moir will continue to call IKON Park home, signing on until at least the end of 2027.
The 20-year-old's commitment comes off the back of a Rising Star nomination in Round 19, which saw him kick four goals in an eye-catching performance against the Dees.
Well-versed in front of goal and equipped with X-factor quality, Moir earned a Goal of the Year nomination for his first goal at the AFL level – an overhead bicycle kick against West Coast late last season.
Known for his ambidextrous skills, encouraged by his parents at a young age, Moir’s ability to kick on both feet has been a talking point of his game.
Proudly wearing the No.43, joining Carlton Legend David McKay and Hall of Famer Anthony Koutoufides, Moir is creating his own story in the famous number.

Moir has joined fellow emerging Blues in Lachie Cowan, Matt Carroll and Harry O’Farrell in putting pen to paper to remain at IKON Park.
Head of List Management Nick Austin said Moir is continuing to grow into his AFL career.
“Ashton is only starting to scratch the surface of what he is capable of, so we are looking forward to seeing him use the next 12 months to do all he can to push for more senior opportunities,” Austin said.
"He is an electrifying player; he brings a lot of energy and intensity to our forward line. Ashton’s ability to own the moment and stay level-headed in high-pressure situations is impressive for someone his age.
“The foundations Ashton has laid this year have given him a great platform to launch into 2026 and beyond and we can’t wait to see what he can produce in the Navy Blue.”
