THE Blues are now the only Club in the competition to hold two firsts, two seconds and a third-round selection in the 2026 National Draft.

That is the considerable draft hand the Blues have built ahead of next year.

After completing a trade with the Suns early on night two of the draft that netted another second 2026 second round pick, the Blues then swooped on acquiring a further 2026 third round selection from Brisbane, as well as the Lions’ pick No.50.

The Blues were able to build their considerable future hand in exchange for picks Nos.28 and 38.

This 2026 haul is in addition to the Blues also now holding two 2027 first round selections.
