CARLTON midfielder Adam Cerra will miss the opening rounds of the season, with scans today confirming a hamstring strain.
Cerra left the field in the third quarter of last night’s match simulation against Brisbane.
He underwent scans upon returning to Melbourne, which confirmed the injury.
Cerra will now commence his recovery, with the Club to confirm his return to play timeline following the Round 2 bye.
