Carlton co-vice captain Jacob Weitering will be sidelined for a further period of time after experiencing a calf strain at training on Thursday.

Weitering was unable to complete full training yesterday, with subsequent scans today confirming the strain.

The Club will now work through the best course of rehabilitation and will aim to have confirmation of his return to play timeline by Round 19.
