Damian Truslove speaks on the performances of every AFL-listed Blue in their Round 14 clash against Werribee.

4. Ollie Hollands
30 disposals, nine marks, seven tackles

Ollie Hollands also played as an inside mid, which is a new role for him. His ability to outnumber and help us in transition was excellent, as was his hunt around the contest.

8. Lachie Fogarty
28 disposals, nine tackles, seven clearances

‘Fog’ also played inside mid for the whole game, and his work around stoppages was very good. He was very clean and used the ball well in our forward half.

21. Lucas Camporeale
28 disposals, five intercepts

It was Lucas' second game back post-injury. He played on the wing, and his running patterns were excellent for the whole game to support defence and also challenge going forward. He continues to work hard on his skill execution.

28. Harry Charleson
23 disposals, five rebound 50s

‘Gaz’ played across half-back, and his offensive involvement continues to be really good. He's working hard on his defensive positioning and mindset: overall, it was one of his better games for the season.

31. Campbell Chesser
22 disposals, four marks

‘Chess’ played on the wing and, like Lucas, ran really hard for four quarters. He supported contest as an outnumber and he continues to work hard on his contest method - he was also a good leader on the day.

33. Lewis Young
22 disposals, 10 marks, eight intercepts

Lewis Young played as a key back, and he's in really good form. He took many marks on the back of good positioning and good body work, won or halved most of his contests in defensive fifty and was a good leader on the day.

36. Cooper Lord
31 disposals, seven clearances, one goal

Cooper played in the midfield. He found a lot of the ball, his defensive pressure was excellent and he continues to improve his disposal efficiency.

37. Jordan Boyd
26 disposals, six marks, six rebound 50s

‘Boydy’ played across halfback and gave us a lot of drive and metres gained out of our backline: he was also an important leader on the day.

38. Flynn Riley
14 disposals, six tackles, 38 hit outs

Flynn Riley was our main ruck on the day. He had a really good battle against the opposition ruck, and he won the hitouts in the end. He took five marks which was impressive, and he continues to work on his follow-up post-clearance.

40. Hudson O’Keeffe
Eight disposals, eight hitouts

‘Skull’ played the majority of the game forward and also a little bit in the ruck. His aerial contest work was better. He was physical, and he's a good leader in our forward 50: I think he's not far away from a big game.

41. Matt Duffy
Three disposals

‘Duff’ started forward for the first half, he's learning his craft as a forward. In the second half went back and gave us a lot of energy and was a really good support for his teammates down back.

42. Adam Saad
24 disposals, eight intercepts, six rebound 50s

‘Saady’ played across half-back: he defended really well in our defensive 50, halved a lot of important contests and also gave us a bit of drive coming out of our back line.

43. Ashton Moir
14 disposals, two goals

Ash played the first half in defence, which is a new role for him. He's learning that role and he gave us a bit of offensive bounce off there. Then we moved him forward in the second half, where he was really dynamic and very hard to defend.

45. Flynn Young
11 disposals, two goals

Flynn played across half-forward and kicked two goals. He put a lot of pressure on the opposition when the ball was in our forward 50 and continues to work hard on his running patterns up and down the ground, to both support defence and then be dangerous forward.
