THE GENERAL returns.

Carlton co-vice captain Jacob Weitering will return to action this weekend when the Blues take on the Dogs.

In another big game for the Blues, it will be Weitering’s first AFL game since Round 12, having made a successful return from a calf injury last week in the VFL.

Weitering is the only change for the Blues, coming into the side for Lewis Young (omitted).

Sunday will mark George Hewett’s 100th in Navy Blue, with the reigning John Nicholls Medallist making his debut for the Blues back in Round 1, 2022.

The game will also be the 200th time that Weitering and Patrick Cripps run out as teammates in Navy Blue.
