IT’LL BE a landmark milestone for Carlton’s Lily Goss on Saturday.

When Goss runs out against the Western Bulldogs at IKON Park, she will become the ninth player to reach 50 AFLW games in Navy Blue.

A success story from the Club’s VFLW program, Goss has emerged as a heart-and-soul Blue after her selected in the 2022 AFL Women’s Draft.

Having the unique story of having her first two games end in draws, Goss has become a pivotal member of Carlton’s line-up, often performing selfless roles and giving her absolute all.

Her standing in Navy Blue has seen her play every single game under AFLW Senior Coach Mathew Buck since his appointment prior to the 2023 season, kicking the 2026 year off with a bang in a 19-disposal, two-goal showing in the season opener against St Kilda.

Goss joins Darcy Vescio, Breann Harrington, Gab Pound, Abbie McKay, Kerryn Peterson, Mimi Hill, Jess Good and Keeley Sherar as Carlton’s 50-gamers.

Saturday’s Pride Round fixture against the Western Bulldogs kicks off at 3:05pm from IKON Park.
