THE Blues will be forced to make at least two changes ahead of Sunday’s clash with Hawthorn at Etihad Stadium.

Matthew Kreuzer will miss as he is managed from an elevated heart rate, while a suspended Jed Lamb is sidelined.

Jacob Weitering is a confirmed starter having been named in the Blues’ backline, while Matthew Lobbe, Jarrod Garlett, Nick Graham, Kym Lebois, Levi Casboult, Sam Rowe, Jack Silvagni and Matthew Wright are listed on an extended interchange and will vie for a spot in the final 22, which will be named at 5pm on Friday.

Meanwhile, Darcy Lang (ankle) and the recently re-signed Tom De Koning (hamstring) could return from injury in the VFL, having been named in the Northern Blues' 31-man squad for Sunday's match against Werribee at Avalon Airport Oval.

Carlton will be on the hunt for its second win of the season when it faces the Hawks at 1:10pm on Sunday at Etihad Stadium for the Club’s Common Ground game, which celebrates multiculturalism.
