The Carlton Football Club wishes to thank the 2010 members who recently completed the online market research survey. We have had a fantastic response from members with in excess of 1,600 people taking the time and providing great feedback to the Club. The results are now being analysed by the company contracted to undertake the program and will be presented to the Club later this month. The findings will also be communicated to members and supporters via the website.
This is an important research program for Carlton as it provides members with greater access to the Club and more influence on what happens off the field at the Carlton Football Club. This is an important part of planning for our future.
We will shortly commence the second phase of this research with a similar survey targeting the 8,500 members from 2009 who did not renew their membership this year.
Thanks again to all members who participated in the online survey and we look forward to providing you with feedback on the responses and ideas that have been received.
