Lauren Morecroft will oversee the midfield in 2020, a role she held for the last two seasons with North Melbourne prior to arriving at Ikon Park.
She also played for the Western Bulldogs in the inaugural 2017 AFLW season.
Morecroft has gained extensive coaching experience in the Vic Metro programs and will join an experienced coaching staff headed by coach Daniel Harford.
