THE team is in for the VFLW Blues’ clash with North Melbourne this Sunday.

The Blues will be bolstered by AFLW talent when they run out to face the Kangaroos this Sunday, with representatives in every line.

Brooke Vernon will make her return from calf injury through the VFLW this week, playing in her first game since appearing in the first two rounds of AFLW.

She will line-up alongside fellow AFLW Blue Jess Edwards in the backline, who appears in the side for another week.

Courtney Jones and Serena Gibbs will run out alongside each other, the two second-year Blues named in the half forward line.

At full forward, first-year players Paige Trudgeon and Winnie Laing will add to the side’s offensive pressure.

The Round 4 clash kicks off at 10.30am at IKON Park with the Blues hoping to build on their first win against Darebin in Round 3.

The match is open to supporters and no ticket is required.
